FRIDAY
Friday evening we welcome all local and far traveling guests to Sjønær and to Runde. We spent the evening together, get to know each other a little bit and introduce you to the festival concept. This evening, the cosy socializing is in focus. We share experience, talk about the upcoming events and activities during the weekend and make sure that everyone is ready for a joyful and active weekend.
SATURDAY
ACTIVITY DAY
Ein spennande dag med aktivitetar rundt eit av Norges mest spektakulære naturområder – Runde.
We start the day with a refreshing morning yoga session and breakfast.
This day's main activities are freediving, scuba diving and coasteering, you know which activity is yours.
Tor those participating in one of the diving activities, we arrange a second round of diving on sunday morning.
AFTER SEA
Saturday afternoon we all gonna listen to inspiring speeches, presentations and life stories.
We end the evening with a delicious dinner, music and a social get together.
Are you just interested in AFTER SEA? – Ingen problem.
SUNDAY
We start the day with a delightful waffle breakfast buffet.
We invite everybody to explore and try the different activities that Sjønær represents. There is SEAWEED SAFARI, COASTEERING, open TREASURE EXIBITION and FREEDIVING and KAYAKING in and on the water in the harbor of Runde. Come and get inspired to experience and learn about the sea!
Age limit 8-88.
Diving trip for those with festival pass scuba diving or freediving.
At the end of the day we serve free pizza to all festival who participate in the festival activities.

Festival pass After Sea (saturday from 16.30):

(After Sea tickets include storytelling, dinner and festival pub)
Age limit 18 years.
(*) Includes all meals, yoga, story telling and festival activities.
Optional water sport activity to be selected during ticket purchase.
Sunday Funday
The entire day is free.
